Does anyone who attended any of the WAMED festival gigs have any photos they'd like to share? It's been less than a month and I'm already starting to forget who was who and who did what. Silly me left my camera at home in Hedland, so the only shots I have is a couple of back-stagers that a friend took of us. There was just so much going on! I know there were plenty of flashes going off at the performances, so there MUST be photos out there somewhere... Keti's page doesn't have a festival gallery >>sob<< so please, you are my only hope!

Some of my favourite performances were Kismet Tribe's 'Hung up' and the drum solo by the Betty Page lookin' duo - they were so CUTE! And the crazy frog dance (hilarious!), the Moroccan tray dance, Rose's fiery solo, the very cute milaya dance, the sword dances, the stick dances, the gypsy tribal, Womanjah's amazing "spell" and oh, the list goes on and on!

It's always fab to see the creativity that pours forth at the festival. I come back home feeling so inspired and invigorated. Can't wait to see you all again next year!
