The Melbourne Middle Eastern Bellydance Festival is also on, that is the weekend of July 13/14/15th.
Underbelly is good for workshops and performance nights. As is Hip to Hip.

I'll be in Sydney probably from the 15th to the 19th and I'd like to do something dance related if there's anything going on. Are there any restaurants with live music or dancers? Or maybe someone knows of a class I should go to. -
